Return and Exchange Policy
At Classy Line, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 24 hours of receiving the product for a full refund to the original payment method. After 24 hours, we offer store credit for the amount of the original purchase.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product. After 24 hours, exchanges can be made using store credit only.
To initiate an exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credit
For returns and exchanges requested after 24 hours of receiving the product, we provide store credit. Store credit can be used for future purchases at Classy Line and does not expire.
How to Return or Exchange Items
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved within the 24-hour window, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. For returns made after 24 hours, we will issue store credit for the amount of the original purchase.
Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
